‘lumpers and splitters’ is an installation of new sculptural work by Lauren Gault. Continuing her exploration into matter inhabitance, the ‘hyper object’ and working through ways to get within or behind sculpture the artist has made a suite of new objects in the UK whilst responding to Prairie Underground as a ‘site’.

The new installation includes works made from memory, performative matter, foam carvings and Prairie Underground’s ‘garment ghosts’.

The exhibit also features a text composed between Sierra Stinson and Lauren Gault.
